Today was the date the notary. Unfortunately, the Wohung is free at the year end. The previous owner must first find another Wohung.

This afternoon was visiting. A really nice apartment. Very well maintained and excellent condition. However, the price is pretty steep. In the southern part, I would get the same money for two apartments. Therefore the situation is truly unique. Directly on the Pegnitz. 2 minute walk to the main market. No through traffic.

Finally a suitable apartment is in sight. In the middle of Nuremberg but still in the green and very quiet. Let's see if I can really get it. It would be perfect. Tomorrow's visit.
